**Job Description:**
- Work in a dynamic Labor & Delivery unit with 16 LDR beds, 3 ORs, and 3 triage rooms
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care during labor, delivery, and recovery phases
- Collaborate with a diverse team including onsite Hospitalist, Midwife, Anesthesia, and Neonatologist
- Assist with breastfeeding and 1st-hour baby care (excluding admission assessment)
- Experience with Novii monitors, iMobile, headsets, deep soaker tubs, and more
- Practice AWHONN patient ratios with potential variations based on patient acuity
- Documentation via EMR systems including CPN and Meditech
- Uphold the unit's standard of cultural diversity and professionalism
- Follow navy blue dress code with all tattoos and piercings covered
