**Must-Have:**
- Current Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring within the previous 2 years
- L&D experience
- Current NRP and BLS certifications
**Job Description:**
- Work in a 16-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) unit, with 3 operating rooms and 3 triage rooms.
- Maintain AWHONN patient ratios, ranging from 1:1 to 3:1 (low acuity).
- Use a variety of equipment, including Novii monitors, iMobile, headsets, pass-through skin-to-skin C-section drape, deep soaker tubs, light therapy, and aroma therapy.
- Follow procedures such as labor, delivery, recovery, triage, antepartum, circulate for C-section, and provide first-hour baby care (excludes admission assessment, eyes, and thighs).
- Assist with breastfeeding.
- Fit into a culturally diverse team environment.
- Comply with the dress code: Navy blue scrubs, any closed shoes, and tattoos and piercings must be covered.
- Work with in-house 24/7 hospitalist and midwife coverage, anesthesia, and neonatologist teams.
- Operate using CPN and Meditech electronic medical records systems.
- Be part of a unit with awards and recognition for excellence in labor and delivery.
Please note that potential candidates will be prioritized if they have experience in facilities with 3000 births per year.
