We believe the rewards are worth the effort: a business you help shape, a supportive team you learn from, and the chance to have a sustainable impact in which you can truly be proud.Job DescriptionPay: $26.66 / hourShift differential: 6 – 8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours workedSchedule: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am Thursday, Friday, Saturday + every other WednesdayBenefits: 401(k) matching; dental insurance; flexible spending account; health insurance; life insurance; paid time off and holidays; vision insurance; short-term and long-term disability insurance; career stability and growth!Responsibilities:Accurate loading and unloading of trailers per pick ticket requirementsPerform multiple tasks under fast paced conditions in a workstation arrangementKeeping work area clean and hazard freeUnload / Rework damaged / refused loadsUtilization of SAP reports to evaluate and action plan inventory for daily production demandProper utilization of warehouse spaceMaintain workstation in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and Good Manufacturing practicesEnsure that all information concerning load out on BOL’s is complete and accurateEnsure quality standards of product being shippedProper loading techniques (use of air bags, dividers, and load bars as required)Daily communication updates with Resources and ManagersInteract with warehouse team members and quality control to maximize output and efficiencyOther duties as requiredQualificationsKey qualifications include:High school diploma, GED or equivalentTwo or more years prior forklift experience with a solid safety record, ideally in a fast paced forklift environmentPrior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPsSolid computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and business management software, SAP preferredDemonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast pace forklift environmentAbility to work independently or with a team with solid communication skillsSolid problem solving and decision making skillsAbility to move/lift 50 lbs various times over a 12 hour shift, basic math and reading skillsWillingness to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidaysAbility to successfully complete an online skills assessment prior to onsite interviewWillingness and ability to workin a warehouse with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold and cold)A valid driver's license, with no major driving offenses in the last 3 years including DUI/DWI, reckless driving, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal incidentBlueTriton Brands, Inc.
