Job Summary:
Provides transportation for the Aging Unit, as well as delivers meals to the homebound. This position is a part-time (not to exceed 18.5 hrs/week).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Deliver home delivered meals to the homebound elderly. Check on wellbeing of participants being served home delivered meals.
-Report to supervisor on the condition of the homebound participant. Submit necessary written reports.
-Attend various trainings. Perform other related work as required or assigned.
Work Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Required to have a reliable vehicle and have a good driving record.
-Requires knowledge of the county roads and streets.
-Requires a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and adequate insurance as required by County Policy. Adequate auto liability insurance to satisfy current county requirements.
