Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Anacortes, WA

Weekly Pay Range - $2443 To $2715

**Must-Have:**
- Triage, labor and delivery, recovery, postpartum, newborn stabilization, and newborn care experience
- Preferred charge experience
**Job Description:**
- Work in Labor & Delivery/Postpartum unit
- Manage 4 Labor & Delivery beds and 4 Postpartum beds
- Handle 0-4 births per day or 40-50 per month
- Adhere to AWHONN guidelines for nurse-to-patient ratios
- Administer and titrate drips such as Pitocin, Magnesium, Insulin, and TXA
- Collaborate with on-call OB/Neonatologist and Anesthesia
- Manage common diagnoses including term labor, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, induction of labor, SROM, term and late preterm newborns, and newborn jaundice
- Use GE monitors for EFM System and Obix for documentation
- Wear provided navy blue scrubs
- Work 12-hour shifts with potential block and weekend scheduling based on needs
- Participate in two-shift unit-specific orientation
- May have call or standby requirements during low census
**Additional Details:**
- No NICU available; infants under 35 weeks are transferred
- Charge nurse may take an assignment when needed
- Nursing aids support the unit but are not scheduled daily
- No OR Suites for C-sections on the unit, conducted in a separate OR
- Respiratory Therapy equipment includes Neopuff, CPAP, and high-flow systems
- Use Meditech Charting System
- Level 3 trauma care setting
