About the Position:

• Home Every Weekend -  Leave Monday and Return on Thursday Night/Friday Afternoon
• Touch Freight -  Garage Door Parts Delivered Directly to Customers
• Will Have Pallet Jacks, Hand Trucks, and Tools for Assistance With Unloading
• Assigned Routes  - New Ones Given Over Dispatch Every Thursday
• North and South - A and B Weeks Alternate

Pay Structure:

• Pay is Based on Verifiable Experience
• 1 Year - $0.61 CPM + $23.93 Per Stop
• $30.35 After 1 Hour Delay Pay (Up to 8 Hours)
• Warehouse Pay - $25.68 Per Hour
• 2 to 4 Years - $0.65 CPM + $25.10 Per Stop
• $31.51 After 1 Hour Delay Pay (Up to 8 Hours)
• Warehouse Pay - $26.85
• $50 Per Day Added If Training Another Driver
• 5+ Years - $0.69 CPM + $26.18 Per Stop
• $32.80 After 1 Hour Delay Pay (Up to 8 Hours)
• Warehouse Pay - $27.64
• $50 Per Day Added If Training Another Driver
• This Year Average Gross Pay
• $1,695 - $1,955 Per Week

Requirements:

• Must Be Able to Read, Write, and Speak English
• Valid CDL A License
• 1 Year Experience REQUIRED
• Clean Driving Record
• Under 3 Years Experience - No More Than 1 Accident or Ticket in 3 Years
• Over 3 Years Experience - No More Than 2 Accidents or Tickets in 3 Years
• No Preventable DOT Accidents in the Last 10 Years
• No Preventable Accidents Resulting in Injury/Fatalities
• No Criminal Felony Convictions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
