Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Redwood City, CA

**Job Title:** Maternal Child Health (MCH) Registered Nurse
**Job Specialty:** Labor & Delivery - Critical Need
**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** 12 hours, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
- Preferred: Five (5) plus years of recent experience within the last two years in Labor and Delivery
- Preferred: One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years
- High Risk OB experience preferred
**License:**
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- ACLS
**Must-Have:**
- Winter Plan Need = Yes
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in the labor and delivery setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage high-risk obstetric cases
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to reflect nursing interventions, assessments, and patient responses
- Educate and support expectant mothers and their families throughout the labor and delivery process
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and procedures, emphasizing patient safety and quality care
