Regional Van Truckload Driver

• Average pay: $915-$1,120 weekly
• Home time: Weekly
• Experience: All CDL holders

Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight
• Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time
• Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning
• 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight
• Pick your schedule with two consecutive days off

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
• Weekly performance pay
• $4,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
• $2,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
• Paid orientation
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
