- Provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Educate and support patients and their families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Administer medications and manage labor induction or augmentation as per protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the labor and delivery unit.
