Job Responsibilities:
- This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams.
- Communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards.
- Ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates).
- Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
Primary Skills Required:
- Compliance, Internal Control and Risk
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of applicable experience with technology Testing, Program, and/or Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit or Risk/Control Management areas in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge and experience (SQL, Alteryx, Advanced Excel).
- Experience with resolving regulatory issues.
- Practical knowledge of BAC Change Management policies.
- Practical knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies.
- Excellent Communication (written and oral).
Desired Experience:
- PMMT, PCM experience, PPRT experience.
- Knowledge of Bank of America business processes and application systems.
- Versed in Project Scope & Financial Management.

Pay Transparency details:
US - NJ - Jersey City - 101 Hudson St - 101 Hudson (NJ2101) Pay and benefits information Pay range $65,800.00 - $155,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
