Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of the Agile Release Train’s commitments by organizing and leading Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other key ART events.
- Coach and mentor teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets, promoting an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify and address impediments to the ART’s progress, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure swift resolution.
- Drive the ART’s delivery performance through relentless improvement efforts, including facilitating the Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshop and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on ART progress, impediments, and achievements through appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
- Manage risks, escalate issues where necessary, and ensure that delivery commitments and milestones are met.
Education, Degrees, and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer or equivalent experience in a similar role within a SAFe environment.
- Proven experience in leading Agile teams, preferably in a large-scale Agile transformation context.
- Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals in Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead through influence.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
