What You’ll Bring to the Table:

You are organized and detail oriented with a passion for helping great teams drive successful completion of Sales Enablement projects. You are a great communicator, motivator, and advisor. You’ll be integral in ensuring the successful scale of our global sales programs. You will have an active role maintaining effective communication with key partners on our global sales, enablement and other teams.

Position Description:

As a member of our GTM Enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with Sales stakeholders within our global team, including collaborating with SMEs, gathering feedback and data to ensure relevance and efficacy. This role is critical to our ability to attain annual revenue goals. This position is expected to help develop project recommendations, content strategy, and partner with senior team members to improve their own knowledge and skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 10 years of Enablement experience at a technology company
  2. 2 years of experience in a selling role

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Support the region, inclusive of stakeholder management
  2. Understand the sales process and sales stage data to use in enablement recommendations
  3. Come to meetings with a strong POV on enablement
  4. Monitor sales performance and data trends, surfacing strong behaviors or areas of opportunity to leadership

In this job, you will bring these skills:

  1. 10+ year in an enablement or coaching role
  2. 2+ years of experience in Sales or a sales quota-carrying role
  3. Experience working for or with a high tech company
  4. Experience with Value-based Sales Methodologies and/or qualification frameworks; e.g. MEDDIC, Command of the Message (Force Management)
  5. Knowledge of business and technology-related challenges and solutions including email security and cybersecurity
  6. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and participate on projects with varied industry and business imperatives
  7. Proven ability to build consensus and lead in a virtual/remote team environment
  8. Exceptional business problem-solving aptitude combined with strong interpersonal skills
  9. Outstanding oral and written presentation communication skills
  10. Data-driven: constant optimization of activities and outputs
