Job Summary:
Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Class A or B CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. This position will be serving the Mountain Home area. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting our products to our customers in a timely manner. You will serve as an essential part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and our products are delivered with the utmost care.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $25 to $29 per hour DOE, paid semimonthly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain a commercial motor vehicle, primarily class A or B trucks.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and mechanically sound.
• Load and unload products according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Deliver products to customers' locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Resolve any customer concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure own and others' safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for transporting hazardous materials.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
