Job Description
• Warehouse Forklift Driver operates an industrial truck or equipment to move materials around the warehouse or storage yard.
• Remove palletized shingles from the production line and transport them to the storage area. Load palletized shingles on trucks and in boxcars.
• Warehouse and material handling of decking and rails. 1) Forklift Equipment Operator 2) Knowledge of procedures when operating forklift or other equipment in a warehouse or storage yard 3) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Tandem lifting past 50 pounds. 4) Ability to rotate 12-hour shifts High School diploma or equivalent (Some facilities do not require) 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Please Note: If the Driver is operating order pickers, cherry pickers, TSP and similar equipment operator may raise to 8-ft height and no more.
