We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Agile Analyst / Delivery Project Manager to join our Institutional business in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office. It is an exciting opportunity to support teams building Lifetime Income, pension, and stable value wrap products that help customers improve their financial strength. This position works directly with the portfolio and project team, division leadership, and vendor staff to design product offerings across multiple platforms and applications. You will participate as a Delivery Manager on a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage initiative delivery by bringing cross functional teams together and creating sprint plans, facilitating show & tells, organizing regular team standups & retrospectives to continuously improve and mature the delivery framework.
- Partner with the product owner to deliver solutions on time. Produce supporting artifacts such as story maps, process flows, user stories, and test scripts and any other documentation deemed necessary to facilitate and execute on the agreed project outcomes.
- Evaluate business needs, understand existing systems, data and processes, determine gaps and fits to produce business outcomes. Understand / describe the business domain, model business processes, able to see the big picture and envision possible solutions.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in an analytical field, computer science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of project management or business analysis as well as leading projects with an agile mindset. Experience in a Financial Service environment a plus.
- Partners with others to get the work done and credits others for their accomplishment and contribution.
- Ability to cultivate innovation within the team by being flexible and open to new ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working on an agile team strongly preferred.
- Able to tailor requirement gathering technique based on the project need; able to express complex concepts in business terms.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $131,040.00 - $160,160.00.
