Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Full time Nights
UNIT SUMMARY: The Labor & Delivery unit is a 20 bed unit that includes 3 triage rooms, 7 LDRs, 2 ORs, 3 PACU bays, and 5 observation beds; a high-risk obstetrical unit with access to Level III+ NICU.
JOB SUMMARY: Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care, and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team.
*This is a Full-Time Night position with the schedule of 7:00pm - 7:30am. Day Shift Candidates will not be considered.*
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
- (BSN) preferred from CCNE accredited schools.
- At least 1 year of L&D RN experience required.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- Specialty Certification Preferred.
