Our client is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Driver to ensure timely equipment deliveries to customers and vendors in the Anaheim, CA area. Our ideal candidate is experienced in transporting industrial equipment in compliance with safety practices, building strong customer relationships, and holds a Class-A commercial driver's license.
This full-time role requires the ability to work independently and manage tight delivery schedules, with flexibility and adaptability to changing routes and customer needs. You will be loading, transporting, and unloading critical water treatment and wastewater equipment throughout your assigned route, so a high level of focus and attention to safety is essential. The job also demands good problem-solving skills for resolving logistical challenges while on the road and strong communication skills to ensure seamless interaction with the operations team and customers.

Day-to-day as a Driver :

  • Load and unload DI tanks, and hookup/service equipment at customer sites as needed.
  • Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, and forklifts, maintaining compliance with safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure yard and warehouse are stocked and maintained in an orderly manner.
  • Maintain accurate travel and vehicle maintenance logs.
What You Bring as a Driver :
  • Proven professional experience in true multi-stop deliveries, including the unloading of equipment at client sites.
  • Class A Commercial Driver's license is preferred, with a minimum of Class B and a clean driving record required.
  • A polished and professional presence with an enthusiastic attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Impeccable attendance record.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safe driving practices, and commitment to safety protocols.
  • With the aid of a hand truck, ability to lift/manipulate tanks weighing up to 300lbs and perform physical labor such as loading and unloading continuously.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass elevated background checks by company and customers as needed.

Compensation : $25-$30/hour DOE + medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, 401k, paid birthday day off, annual paid "family day" with $100 to spend on your family, wellness paid day off with $100 for annual medical check-up, annual paid day off to volunteer with a non-profit and give back to your community, annual discretionary bonus, onsite BBQs and catered events throughout the year.
