By joining our brilliant (at least we think so) team, you will help pave the way in the AI Observability space.What You’ll DoBuild and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead product “onboarding” projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant customer stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risksManage team resources and track resources’ time entryAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planWhat We Are Looking For4+ years of project management experienceStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesProven success working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsTechnical skills to help with product onboarding and efficient communication with engineering counterpartsAbility to establish processes and enforce methodologiesExcellent presentation skillsCompensation and In-Office PolicyPay Range in the US is $90,000 - $120,000Fiddlers who live within 25 miles of the US HQ in Palo Alto come at least 2 days per week into the officeMore than 25 miles, once a week in the officeThe posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks previously outlined.
