As a Warehouse Associate at Amazon, you'll handle the physical and dynamic workload of receiving, organizing, and preparing packed orders for delivery. This role involves loading conveyor belts, organizing deliveries, and coordinating with delivery drivers. Take advantage of the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art warehouse with flexible schedules, including full-time shifts accumulating 48 hours per week.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Handling and stacking pallets
- Using hydraulic pallet jack
- General cleaning and organization of work area
- Unpacking corrugated boxes
- Monitoring and unloading trailers
- Completing paperwork and forms
- Loading, labelling, and stacking packages (up to 20kg)
- Sorting packages
- Organizing and dispatching delivery vehicles (motorcycles, cars, and/or vans)
- Inventory management and reconciliation
- Labelling and identifying inventory
- What we're looking for:
- Good physical condition for walking 5-10 km daily on average
- Ability to stand and/or walk for a minimum of ten hours per shift
- Proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to perform under pressure and achieve productivity standards
- Effective communication skills
- Quick learning ability in a dynamic environment
