Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Leesburg, VA

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 2 years preferred
**License:** RN license
**Certifications:** BLS (American Heart Association required), ACLS, NRP, FHM (Stable preferred)
**Must-Have:** Ability to read and interpret ECG strips
**Job Description:**
- Perform ECG exams; evaluate and interpret the results.
- Work within a unit with 13 labor and delivery beds, 4 triage beds, 3 operating rooms, and 4 post-anesthesia care units.
- Manage approximately 10-15 deliveries per day, equating to about 300 per month.
- Maintain laboring ratios of 1:1 or 1:2, and antepartum ratios of 1:3-4 depending on patient acuity.
- No floating to postpartum unit.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system and OBIX fetal heart monitoring system.
- Complete a floor orientation over 3 shifts.
- Work 4-5 weekend shifts every 6 weeks, rotating holiday shifts with core staff.
- Participate in 16 hours of on-call duty within a 6-week period.
- Scrubs provided.
Candidates must be prepared to work nights and weekends as required and should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
