Reporting to the Lead Director of HCD Finance, you’ll be responsible for the management and consolidation of HCD financial deliverables including forecasting and yearly budgeting. This role requires strong strategic thinking and communication skills. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Responsibilities:Contributes to streamlining financial planning and analysis processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving efficiencyLeads the creation of executive presentations including earnings preparation documents and Board of Directors materialsAdministers in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.Communicates strategy analysis, insights, and recommendations to HCD leadership to support decision-making at the executive levelRequired Qualifications7+ years related accounting/financial experience, business planning and/or financial analysis/reportingProficiency with S4 or other financial systemsExhibited excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to confidently and expertly interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organizationAdept at collaboration and teamworkStrong problem solving and decision making skillsPreferred QualificationsHealth Care Delivery Business KnowledgeAdvanced degree in BusinessEstablished analytical ability, strategic thinker, learn and process new information quicklyIntellectually curious, eager to gain new experiences, qualifications, and responsibilitiesEducation- Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required or equivalent years of related professional work experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
