Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Seattle, WA

Weekly Pay Range - $2150 To $2389

**Guaranteed Hours:**
**Experience:** 5 years required in high acuity & high pace environment, a minimum of 3 years of experience. Will not accept first-time travelers.

**Must-Have:**
- Candidates must circulate and provide newborn care, including eyes and Vitamin K injections, thighs, and newborn assessments.
- High-risk experience and ability to work in fast-paced, high acuity environments.
- Experience in circulating and functioning in the role of Baby Nurse during delivery and care of the newborn until transfer to postpartum.
**Job Description:**
- Staffing follows AWHONN guidelines for High Risk/High Volume Labor & Delivery.
- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- Float to postpartum/antepartum as needed and may float to sister facilities that support Mom/Baby.
- Experience with midwifery clients, private OBs, adult recovery services for substance recovery, and community care clinics.
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic fetal monitoring.
- Able to handle Heparin, Insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate.
- References required covering one year of employment within the last three years.
- Floating required within the scope of practice if needed, with facilities within a 40-mile radius or less.
- Orientation: 40 hours non-billable.
**COVID-19 Vaccine:** Required, with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
**Flu Vaccine:** Unknown.
**References:** Extremely important to have on file prior to submittal, must cover one year of employment within the last three years.
Note: Floating may result in a requirement for finding personal transportation, and refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.
