Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Salem, MA

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM (Days/Evenings/Nights with rotating shifts and one night of call)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 3 years
**License:** Active RN License
**Certifications:** BLS, NRP, EFM; ACLS preferred
**Must-Have:**
- Minimum three years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulation, and Newborn Care
**Job Description:**
- Join a 25-bed Labor & Delivery Unit which includes:
- Labor & Delivery
- Postpartum
- Newborn Nursery
- Two Operating Rooms
- Two Antepartum Units
- Recovery Room
- Provide excellent patient care with a clinician-to-patient ratio of:
- Labor & Delivery: 1:2-3 for evaluations, 1:1 for active labor, magnesium infusion, or epidural
- Postpartum: 1:3-4
- Care for all patient populations within our facility
- Utilize the EPIC Charting System for electronic medical records
- No floating required within the facility
- Rotating shifts; day shifts include morning to evening and evening to night rotations
- Maintain current certifications, with biennial renewals for NRP & EFM
- Preferred additional certification in ACLS
