Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description: As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in managing the logistics, inventory, and quality control of our facility. You will be responsible for unloading and stacking roll stock and paper material using lifting devices, operating sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, you will use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to conduct cycle counts and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
Unload and stack roll stock and paper material with lifting devices.
Operate sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks.
Manage logistics for inbound and outbound shipping.
Load and unload trucks and rail cars.
Maintain warehouse operations and keep the workspace clean.
Use WMS for cycle counts and inventory control.
Conduct quality control checks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using clamp equipment.
Experience in pulling and preparing products for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
Ability to keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.

Work Environment: The work environment is indoor and non-climate controlled. Employees need to be open to a 12-hour rotating shift between day and night, with 15 days off a month due to the schedule. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, a t-shirt, a safety vest, and other personal protective equipment.
