Customer Service Associate / Delivery Driver - Automotive Finishes

The Customer Service Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering orders, as well as providing customer service and operating tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment. This position involves working with customers in person and over the phone, as well as handling warehouse vehicles and equipment.

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Load and unload products from deliveries
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures

The minimum requirements for this role include being at least eighteen (18) years of age, having a valid, unrestricted Driver's License, and being able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
