**What We Are Looking For**
Navarro Regional Hospital’s Women’s Services department is now hiring a full-
time Registered Nurse to work in our thriving department at our 162 bed acute
care hospital. The unit consist of 5 Labor rooms and 9 Post-partum doing an
average of 50 deliveries per month.
**What You Will Do**
Job Duties:
* Assist mothers with breastfeeding by providing one-on-one bedside consultation
* Provides education for patients and staff on breastfeeding
* Assist with recovery of c-section patients
* Administer IV medication along with anesthesia and pain management medication
* Implements safetyinfection control measures
Minimum Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current Texas Nursing License
* BLS & ACLS upon hire
Preferred Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
* One (1) year of experience highly preferred
* NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Intermediate andor Advanced certification
Working Hours:
* 7a-7p
* Self-scheduling unit
* Weekends and Holidays required
