Maintenance/Delivery Driver

Description
Immediate position available for an Maintenance for high volume established banquet and catering company. Position requires a clean NYS drivers license, work independently and be reliableMust possess leadership values and strong work ethic.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completes Minor Maintenance Jobs (ie: painting, minor repairs)
• Inspects property on a regular basis for items needing repair.
• Cleaning of banquet rooms before and after events.
• Completes all minor repairs and maintenance of physical plant, doors, windows, railings, and ceiling tile.
• Touch up painting on interior or exterior of building
• Set-up of banquet tables and chairs prior to event
• Pick up and delivery of banquet items and food to other properties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid NYS Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years general maintenance experience preferred.
• Lifting requirement of 50lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position when performing the following: standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing
