• Mileage & Hourly Pay: Earn mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
• Performance Bonus: Up to $0.08 per mile based on performance.
• Weekly Performance Pay: Additional bonuses available weekly.
• Orientation Pay: Compensation for orientation time.
• Paid Time Off: Earn PTO after 6 months, plus 6 holidays annually.
• Annual Bonus: Up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Licensing: Valid Class A license; minimum age of 21.
• Driving Record: Clean record with no DUIs in the last 10 years (CDL-A) or 5 years (non-CDL-A).
• Safety Record: Limited preventable accidents and moving violations.
• Medical: Pass a DOT physical and drug test; no drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.

• Training for New Drivers: Paid training for recent CDL A graduates (4-6 weeks).
