Order#: NY1514903Van Driver, PT - 55+ Activities ProgramThe Town of Webster is seeking candidates for a part-time Van Driver for the 55+ activities program. Schedule is year-round, 2 days per week Tuesdays & Thursdays plus occasional 1-2 additional days/month.Typical Duties:Pickup and dropoff 2-10 age 55+ Webster residents in our van from their homes and bring them to the Rec Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pickup route time is approximately 8:30-10:00am. Return home route time is approximately 12:30-2:00pm. Thursday includes a 1-hour stop for groceries on the way home. Occasional 1-2 days per month additional field trips to various locations will be required as well. Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications:Safe driver with a clean license Ability to follow geographic directions Friendly cheerful demeanor Flexible schedule for additional field trips to be determined on an on-going basis Minimum Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age Class D driver license Special Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to assist passengers with loading and unloading from van.
