**Job Description:**
- Join our dedicated Labor and Delivery team on a night shift.
- Work in an 8-bed Labor, Delivery, and Recovery unit with 2 operating rooms and 1 recovery room.
- Be part of a dynamic team comprised of OB, Midwives, and Family Practice providers.
- Typical staff setup on the night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 2-4 RNs, and 1 surgical tech.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1-2 for labor and 1:3 for stable antepartum patients.
- Utilize equipment such as labor beds, GE fetal monitors, Monica Tele monitors, and Panda Warmers.
- Manage electronic medical records using CPN and Meditech systems.
- Engage in procedures including vaginal delivery, recovery, triage, and C-section recovery.
- Preferred skills include experience in newborn transition, mother-baby care, and scrub experience.
- Wear royal blue scrubs as part of the dress code.
