Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Oregon City, OR

**Job Description:**
- Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1 for labor; 1:3 for postpartum
- First-time applicants are accepted
- Weekend work required every other weekend
- No on-call requirements
- No floating required within the facility or between units
- Open to block scheduling (unknown)
- Local candidates not accepted; traveler must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Traveler can be called off one shift per pay period (every 2 weeks); remaining shifts are guaranteed
- L&D experience is required
- 40 hours of orientation provided
- Modules (non-billable) average 16 hours; any time over 20 hours requires approval
- Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
- Color of scrubs: Any color; specific departments provide their own
- Flu vaccine policy unknown, but COVID-19 vaccine is not required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references required, covering at least 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Providers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby; refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
- Client to provide communication devices, or will compensate for work-related phone use if not provided
