As a Workday FINs Delivery Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

• Bring thought-leadership on how technology can transform a Financials organization.
• Interact with Financials senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Responsibility to shape and deliver various Financials Workday implementation projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria.
• Responsibility for a majority of day-to-day client communications.
• Manage and deliver large FINs projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team.
• Responsibility for management of engagement financials.
• Helping to grow and develop our team through hands-on training and coaching.
• Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagements.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Support or lead business development activities such as solutioning, proposal creation, orals support and SOW creation.
• Drive innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

• Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday FINs Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Bonus points if you have:

• 10 years of Workday-related implementations.
• Expert knowledge of the HR function & processes.
• Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.

• District of Columbia $139,600 to $278,200
