Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Bismarck, ND

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Shift:** 12-hour nights with some day shifts
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 3 years experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Gynecology
**License:** Registered Nurse License
**Certifications:** BLS, NRP, ACLS (STABLE preferred but not required)
**Must-Have:**
- Willingness to float to NB nursery and NICU
- Willingness to work nights and some day shifts
- Compliance with the dress code: navy blue scrubs for gynecology and mom/baby care or hospital-provided scrubs for L&D
- Residence requirement: Must live more than 80 miles away from the facility
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients, including care of high-risk patients.
- Deliver postpartum care to mothers and newborns and provide post-operative care for gynecological surgeries.
- Utilize fetal monitors, suction, oxygen, and vital signs monitors effectively.
- Document and monitor using OBIX for labor & delivery and EPIC for gynecology.
- Maintain nurse to patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 for labor & delivery, 1:3 for mom/baby couplets, and 1:5-6 for a combination of mom/babies and gynecological patients.
- Participate in a 36-hour orientation program specifically designed for travelers.
- Commit to rotating shifts, including 12-hour shifts every third weekend and every other holiday.
