Position overview
We are currently hiring experienced warehouse Forklift Operators to join our team to help us pick, pack & ship orders in our 200,000 sq ft warehouse in North Las Vegas, NV. You'll be part of a team that helps ship over $5 billion of e-commerce orders a year.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond Reach and Counterbalance Forklift
• Use tools including but not limited to carts, pump trucks, dollies and computers.
• Unload, sort, stage, palletize, and shrink wrap pallets.
• Picking, packing and shipping orders.
• Meets specifics of our customers' orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
• Able to work overtime when necessary.
• Follow company policies including Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Fulfillment Management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience in picking/packing, receiving, inventory and/or Fulfillment,
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a Raymond Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift.
• Must have a valid Forklift License.
• Able to operate various pieces of equipment/technology (e.g. tablets, computers)
• Ability to tolerate potentially long periods of time on your feet.
• Team player with a high level or urgency. Able to problem solve and take initiative.
• Highly organized & detailed oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Accomplish other tasks as needed in the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• 10-hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Saturday to Tuesday 7am to 5:30pm
