Weekly Pay Range - $2914 To $3238

**Shift:** 12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week
**Experience:** 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
**License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- ACLS
**Must-Have:**
- 1 year of recent full-time equivalent Labor & Delivery experience
- High-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
- Monitor and assess labor progression and fetal well-being.
- Administer medications and assist with pain management.
- Facilitate communication between the healthcare team and the laboring individual.
- Ensure high standards of care in high-risk situations and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth and postnatal care.
- Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment within the unit.
