Join our vibrant international team of 500 people across 15 different cities, worldwide.As a Delivery Manager at Paysera, you will be primarily responsible for the efficiency of the development process and the delivery of high-quality output from your team or tribe. You will manage and lead a team of 10–40 specialists and be accountable for designing and improving the entire development process. You will act as the main point of communication between various teams, stakeholders, and tribe members, ensuring alignment with Paysera's strategic objectives.Your key responsibilities: Design, implement, and continuously improve the development process to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness. Balance the needs of stakeholders and team members, and ensure that the process aligns with Paysera's strategic goals;Lead and manage a team or tribe of 10–40 specialists. Foster a high-performance culture and empower team members to deliver their best work;Ensure that the team's input and output meet the defined quality standards and are delivered on time. Resolve any issues or blockers that may impact the delivery;Serve as the main point of communication between various teams, stakeholders, and tribe members. Ensure clear, concise, and regular communication to keep all parties informed of progress, risks, and issues;Ensure the delivery meets the highest quality standards. Implement quality assurance processes and organize the maintenance of the necessary documentation;Gather, organize, and share information, insights, best practices, and lessons learned that can benefit not only the individual Delivery Manager but also the broader team and organization;Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or a similar role in a fintech or tech-driven environment;Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and coach a large team (15-40);Excellent understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies (Scrum framework is a plus, Kanban method is a must), and quality assurance processes;Understanding of principles of Scale-up Pipedrive Agile Framework (we will teach how to implement it);Experience with Jira/Confluence for organizing workspace and reporting;Experience working with multiple and/or distributed teams;Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills as well as facilitation and mediation skills and the capacity to work well under pressure;The ability to adapt to a changing environment;Fluent in verbal and written English;Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.Nice-to-Have: Kanban or Scrum certifications.What we offer: Work-life Balance: strive for balance with flexible working hours and full remote work possibilities.Competitive Pay: receive an attractive compensation that reflects market trends.Innovation and Development: participate in skill-building workshops and have freedom to experiment with various AI tools.Growth-focused Culture: thrive within a highly professional, quality-oriented, and dynamic team and pursue your potential and innovative ideas in a fast-growing, international company.For candidates: Only selected candidates will be contacted, but we are grateful to all who send their CV.Location: Georgia, Poland, UkraineDepends on candidate's experience and competence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
