We are looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Healthcare Delivery Director Professional to join us on our journey in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Healthcare Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading delivery of projects, programs, and IT operations of work on a large, complex Health accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
- Manage delivery of technology solutions/applications at Healthcare clients (custom, Epic, Cerner, Health Edge, TriZetto, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones
- Identify and implement of innovation opportunities to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive program and project governance with client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within HCLTech to ensure cohesive project execution and to leverage broader organizational capabilities in support of client objectives.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Pay Range: $125K Base - $160K Base
In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
Must have for Opportunity:
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing large scale technology-related programs, projects and/or IT operations in the healthcare industry
- Minimum of 1 year working with/for a large consulting company
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
- If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience
