**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Required
- Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring Required
**Must-Have:** Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
**Job Description:**
- Work with a patient population that includes females of childbearing age, those pregnant from 17 weeks gestation, and laboring individuals.
- Handle scheduled procedures such as C-sections and external cephalic versions.
- Manage unit activities including admissions, discharges, transfers, pre-op, and various types of deliveries.
- Utilize common labor and delivery equipment such as fetal monitors and Cerner and Fetalink documentation systems.
- Ensure quality care and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes.
- Requires proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
