About the Role

The Delivery Director has overall accountability for all aspects of delivery operations for their aligned portfolio. They lead their team to provide high-quality customer interactions and operations results. They identify risks, coach/develop their managers and hold them accountable, identify process improvements, implement management routines, and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

1. Providing expertise on delivery operations and guidance to team managers.
2. Setting the tone for colleague and team development with managers. Developing and growing team through personal connections. Acting as mentor and coach to all.
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality.
4. Overseeing delivery results for our health care navigation solution via Health Pros and concierge delivery functions.
5. Ensuring execution of deliverables and understands what success looks like to all parties (customers, clients & colleagues).
6. Overseeing the integration of navigation solutions and technology. Additionally, accountable for identifying and managing risks to operations delivery and holding team accountable.
7. Tracking and managing to service level agreements and team goals. Participating in ad hoc initiatives.
8. Providing leadership support for complex customer and client situations.
9. Identifying and developing process improvements.
10. Deploying resource strategy to meet business deliverables.
11. Working alongside Client Management, Health Clinical & Administrative Solutions, Customer Care Teams, Shared Services, Point Solutions.
12. Leading training courses for domain and operational fundamentals.

Requirements

1. 9+ years of experience in Health Care Industry.
2. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. Desire to learn continually in a changing environment.
5. Possess exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Prioritize work activities to meet deadlines.
7. Demonstrate people management competencies.
8. Possess proven operational management skillset.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum: 87,000 USD

Maximum: 138,200 USD
