Description:The RTE will help drive SAFe Program Increment Ceremonies (including PO Sync, SoS, Planning, I&A Problem Solving workshops, System Demos), Agile Metrics, Program Coordination, and Management Briefings. This person will work with various teams on the business side to drive change and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Actuarial services, underwriting, and Data Science are the primary internal customers they are supporting. There are 10 development teams that will be under the RTE, with 4 scrum masters working with those teams. Must be onsite 4 days a week, Hybrid in San Antonio Home Office.Skills:CSM, PMP, SDLC, Agile, Development, Financial, Agile Release Train, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile Methodology, Jira, Scrum Methodology, PI Planning.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Ability to lead and coach development teams across the enterprise. Driving to execution is the primary driver. Must be able to push when needed and coach to Agile and SAFe methodology when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a PM background and understand the concept of critical path, prioritization, and accountability to timelines and milestones. They will possess an ownership mentality/mindset and apply their training effectively. Understanding constraints within the environment is crucial, as capabilities that get pushed out may be less than ideal due to time constraints.
