Pickup and Delivery Driver

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Overview:
The pick-up and delivery driver holds the responsibility of transporting customer vehicles to our service center and subsequently returning them upon completion of service. This encompasses delivering loaner vehicles and conducting requisite inspections during pick-up as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure loaner vehicle is clean before leaving the dealership
• Speaking/engaging with customers to review loaner vehicle policies, vehicle walk arounds, collecting customer information, reviewing loaner agreements and loaner vehicle check ins.
• Making sure loaner vehicles are serviced regularly, when needed
• Working with service department managers on loaner vehicle availability
• Completing any necessary vehicle inspections
• Arriving to customer's homes in a timely manner to pick-up their vehicle
• Returning vehicles to customers in a timely manner in good condition
• Other duties as assigned.

• Clean and Valid Driver's License
• Clear driving record
• At least 21 years of age
