ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Transfer residents in/out of vehicle and accompany residents to designated appointment area in a courteous manner

* Adhere to the residents’ appointment time schedule

* Maintain a daily transportation log and submit documentation to Resident Transportation Director

* Report any vehicle deficiencies or repair needed to Resident Transportation Director (deficiencies must be corrected before transporting residents)

* Maintain open communication

* Access and maintain confidential information/records properly

* Follow established rules and regulations for vehicle operation established by Wisconsin Department of Transportation

* Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, coworkers, public
