Who we are:
Optima Dealer Services , the premier staffing and consulting Services specializing in the automotive industry, is looking for a Shuttle Driver to join the team at one of our top-tier auto dealership clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for transporting guests to and from John Wayne Airport , ensuring a comfortable and timely experience.
What You'll Do:
As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for dealership Guests by:

• Warm Welcomes: Greet customers with a smile, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Pleasant Transportation: Safely transporting Guests to and from John Wayne Airport and the dealership.
• Luggage Assistance: Offering friendly and professional service, helping guests with luggage or other needs.
• Accountability, Safety, and Care: Keeping the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Time Management : Managing schedules and coordinating with the dealership team to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Provide a Luxury Experience: Providing a welcoming atmosphere and a smooth, hassle-free ride for all passengers.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Salary Description : $17.50- $19.00 an hour
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:

• A Clean and outstanding Commercial driver's license (CDL) without any Violations.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perfomed the physical demand required for this role.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
