Program Manager - Service Delivery

Duration & Type: 9+ months Contract with a major pharmaceutical industry client

Location: East Hanover, New Jersey or Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and direct delivery of large, complex IT projects and programs on time, within budget, with high quality while meeting desired business objectives.
2. Primarily positioned to lead the transformation of (Cell, Gene, and Radiogland) solutions across a number of regions and countries. Understanding the business change imperatives and delivering IT solutions aligned with business requirements now and into the future.
3. Practical experience delivering digital solutions with a SAFe framework including GxP environment specifically in a CAR T product line.
4. Direct the delivery of strategic, transformational, global and large programs through active, program leadership, project management and involvement in initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements.
5. Direct outputs of a large project team, often across geographical boundaries.
6. Drive program initiatives to meet outcomes documented in program charter and business case.
7. Create program plans to initiate program mobilization by confirming scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities.
8. Provide consultation and decision making support by establishing program governance structure.
9. Provide consultation and decision making support by establishing clear communication plans.
10. Monitor and control execution of program through all phases.
11. Identify and screen resources to execute with high quality project work streams within the program/project.
12. Ensure governance is in place to ensure overall program success and effective use of resources.
13. Provide program reporting including overall performance of the program and program completion documentation.
14. Consult and support organizational change outcomes as intended in charter and business case.
15. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
16. Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools.
17. Ensure compliance with Commercial Information Technology RAID and Project Management reporting process.
18. Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Program/Project scope.

Required:

1. Education: University degree in business/technical area or equivalent.
2. 15+ years of business and IT experience in GxP environment.
3. 2 to 5 years of practical experience in a CAR-T/Cell Therapy digital solution implementation.
4. 5 to 10 years’ delivery experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, Bio Pharma.
5. Salesforce, Veeva, Patient programs, CRM projects or equivalent areas.
6. Expert knowledge of program management, software lifecycle management (waterfall, agile/scaled agile), IT standards and financial management.
7. Advanced knowledge of business process analysis & design, IT Architecture (TOGAF), technical standards.
8. Practical experience with certification with SCM or better to have training/practical experience with SAFe.
9. Beneficial to have PMI PMP, PgmP, TOGAF, CSM or SCM or SAFe certification.
10. Salesforce Platform – S4 Hana – SAP (multi-instance) – MES – Cell Therapy – Biologic Therapy.
