Technical Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Strong Technical Lead / Delivery Manager profile for delivering broad cross-organizational projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ownership of a program encompassing one or more products.
2. Driving project schedules from design to release and managing the program launch.
3. Making appropriate optimizations for quality and time-to-market, clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal and external cross-functional and remote project teams.
4. Possessing a strong technical delivery management background with demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects and a well-rounded technical background in current software disciplines.
5. Thriving and succeeding in an entrepreneurial environment, not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, while being able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives and also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done.

Skillset Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. 10+ years of project/program management experience.
3. Experience in delivering products in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed, and often ambiguous environment.
4. Experience working in cross-functional groups including customers/users, software, supply chain, logistics, design, test, reliability, and failure analysis.
5. Experience working with business stakeholders and ability to translate the vision to the team and drive it to closure.
6. Excellent cross-organizational verbal and written communication skills to provide status and manage expectations.
7. Ability to prioritize and clearly present priorities to the leadership team.
8. Technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge statements and assumptions working with respective product and technology owners.
9. Ability to drive projects with many cross-dependencies between independent teams and deliver results that are coherent and broadly supported.
10. Excellent hands-on experience in microservices with domain-driven design, Spring Boot, Spring Data, security, Spring Cloud, RESTful & SOAP services.
11. Experience in Telecom Domain & Microservices is a must.
12. Experience in E-Commerce and EPC will be preferred.
