Our drivers enjoy home time every other weekend, returning to Charlotte, North Carolina, zip code 28202, for a full 48-hour reset. With an average of 2,500 miles driven each week, you can choose to add miles to maximize your earnings, giving you control over your pace and workload. This role involves a schedule of 12 days on the road followed by two days off, so you'll have time to recharge regularly while maintaining a productive driving schedule.
This position includes routes across all 48 states, excluding mandatory routes into NYC and its boroughs. With 100% no-touch freight and primarily drop-and-hook assignments, our focus is on efficiency, allowing you to spend more time on the road and less time loading or unloading. Hauls average about 600 miles, providing a balance of long-distance driving and manageable schedules, with potential weekly earnings of $1,200 or more for those open to additional miles.
Our operations are based in Charlotte, NC, with a fleet of modern 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth trucks. Our trucks come equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, 1500-watt inverters, refrigerators, TV and microwave mounts, ensuring comfort and convenience during your time on the road. Drivers have the choice to take their trucks home during resets or park at one of our terminals, based on personal needs.
