Job Title: Crane Operator
Job Description
The Crane Operator is responsible for operating a mobile crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads. The Operator will be required to unload crane accessories from trailers or support vehicles. Direction is received from riggers and/or site supervision via verbal or hand signals to determine required load movement. The Operator will also perform pre- and post-trip inspections along with daily and monthly equipment inspections. Adherence to safety procedures and maintaining logs of vehicle repair status and working hours (FMCSA) is essential. The role involves long hours with frequent sitting, standing, moving, and climbing. Operators will occasionally work out of the cab to assist riggers and must be comfortable working on the ground.
Responsibilities
Operate a mobile crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
Unload crane accessories from trailers or support vehicles.
Receive direction from riggers and/or site supervision via verbal or hand signals.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and daily/monthly equipment inspections.
Follow appropriate safety procedures.
Maintain logs of vehicle repair status and working hours (FMCSA).
Work long hours with frequent sitting, standing, moving, and climbing.
Assist riggers on the ground as needed.
Essential Skills
4 years of experience operating cranes.
NCCCO Certification (LBC, LBT, TLL, TSS) is required
Comfortable working on the ground and performing heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of blueprints.
Forklift operation experience.
Experience with heavy equipment.

Work Environment
You will be working at our facility Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm. Must be comfortable occasionally working earlier (5am) and later (until 5pm). Occasionally, you will go to job sites and will ride in a company vehicle, receiving paid travel time.
