Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Baltimore, MD

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery

**Shift:** 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, Every other weekend as needed, Holidays required as needed: Halloween, Thanksgiving
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36-hour work week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years
**License:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Certifications:** Competency in cervical exams, fetal monitoring
**Must-Have:** High-risk OB experience, scrub experience preferred, postpartum couplet care preferred
**Job Description:**
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Work in a 12-bed Labor and Delivery unit with 2 OR suites, 2 triage beds, and PACU.
- Participate in continuous professional development.
