What Pharmacy Services & Delivery contributes to Cardinal HealthResponsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and requirements of the assigned route. Typical work schedule is Monday – Wednesday from 5am-12pm.Includes working on-call in a rotational basis (approximately every 10 weeks) as well as holiday shift rotation.Must be flexible to work different days, hours, and schedules based on business needs.ResponsibilitiesPrepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-cdl)Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containersUses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigationProcesses packages returned from customer locationsMaintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairsPerforms general facility cleaning and other duties as requiredQualificationsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferredMust hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving recordMinimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company owned vehiclePrior delivery driving experience a plusAbility to lift containers weighing up to 70 poundsComfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hoursAbility to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods of timeStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work weekends/holidays/on call rotationFlexibility to work various shifts or overtime as neededAbility to use computers and tabletsWhat is expected of you and others at this levelApplies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasksReadily learns and applies new information/methods to work in assigned areaMaintains appropriate licenses/training/certificationsWorks on routine assignments that require some problem resolutionWorks within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methodsAdheres to all quality guidelinesWorks with moderate degree of supervision.
