**Job Description:**
- Perform comprehensive nursing care for mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, fetal heart tones, and labor progress.
- Educate and support expectant mothers and families regarding the labor and delivery process.
- Work 12-hour shifts with potential for on-call duty; must be available every other weekend and holiday.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills in handling labor and delivery-related emergencies.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
